How Do I Get More Pages on Squarespace?

If you’re looking to add more pages to your Squarespace site, there are a few different ways you can go about it.

First, if you have a plan that supports more than 20 pages, you can simply add new pages from the Pages tab in your site’s editor. Just click the “+” icon next to “Pages” and select “Add Page.” From there, you can choose what type of page you’d like to add and start editing its content.

If you’re on a plan that doesn’t support more than 20 pages, or if you’ve already reached your page limit, you can still add new pages by creating sub-pages. To do this, just hover over the page you want to use as a parent page and click the “+” icon that appears.

PRO TIP: If you are looking for ways to increase the number of pages on your Squarespace website, be aware that there are some risks involved. Specifically, if you add too many pages, your website may become overloaded and slow down, or even crash. Additionally, if you do not carefully plan the layout of your pages, your website may become difficult to navigate and use. Therefore, before increasing the number of pages on your Squarespace website, be sure to consult with a Squarespace expert or developer to ensure that doing so will not negatively impact your website’s performance.

Then select “Add Sub-Page.” Again, you’ll be able to choose what type of page you want to add and start editing its content.

One thing to keep in mind is that if you’re using a template that has pre-designed navigation, adding too many pages can make your navigation look cluttered. In this case, you may want to consider hiding some pages from your navigation. To do this, just click the gear icon next to the page you want to hide and select “Hide from Navigation.”

Whether you’re adding new pages or creating sub-pages, Squarespace makes it easy to keep your site organized and looking its best.
