To access the Wix live chat support, simply log in to your account and click on the “Help” tab in the top menu bar. Then, click on the “Contact Us” button in the drop-down menu.

On the next page, you will see an option to “Chat with us” – click on this button to initiate a chat session with a Wix customer support representative.
