Can You See Who Visits Your Squarespace?

Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 5:51 am

You may be wondering, can you see who visits your Squarespace site? The answer is yes! There are a few ways to go about this.

First, you can check your site’s analytics. This will give you detailed information about the number of visitors to your site, where they came from, what pages they viewed, and how long they stayed.

To access your analytics, login to your Squarespace account and go to the “Settings” tab. Under “Website Analytics”, you will see a link to your site’s analytics page.

PRO TIP: If you are using Squarespace to host your website, it is important to be aware that there is a setting which allows others to see which pages on your site are being visited. This setting is turned off by default, but can be turned on by going to the Site Settings tab and selecting the checkbox next to “Show page view counts”. Once this setting is enabled, page view counts will be displayed next to each page in the Pages tab. If you do not want others to see which pages on your site are being visited, it is important to keep this setting turned off.

Another way to see who visits your Squarespace site is by looking at your site’s activity log. This will show you a list of recent activity on your site, including views and edits.

To access your activity log, login to your Squarespace account and go to the “Settings” tab. Under “Site Management”, you will see a link to your activity log.

So there you have it – two ways to see who visits your Squarespace site! By checking your analytics or activity log, you can get a better understanding of who your visitors are and what they’re interested in.
