If you’ve created a menu on your Wix site but it’s not clickable, there are a few possible explanations. First, make sure that you’ve published your site. Once you’ve done that, check the following:

-Have you added pages to your menu? You can’t link to pages that don’t exist, so make sure you’ve added all the pages you want to link to your menu.

-Is the page you’re trying to link to set as “not found” in your site’s settings? If it is, that’s why it’s not working – change the setting and try again.

PRO TIP: If you are having trouble with your Wix menu not being clickable, there are a few things you can check. First, make sure that you have updated your Wix editor to the latest version. Then, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. If those steps don’t work, try resetting your Wix site.

-Is the page you’re trying to link to password protected? You can’t link to password protected pages from your menu.

-Have you tried clearing your browser’s cache? Sometimes that can help if your menu isn’t appearing or working properly.
