There are a couple of ways to hide a page on Wix. One is to simply delete the page.
The other is to unpublish the page. Unpublishing a page will remove it from your live site, but it will still be available in your Wix Editor. To unpublish a page:

1. Go to the Pages tab in your Wix Editor.
2. Hover over the page you want to unpublish and click ….
3. Select Unpublish. The page will be unpublished immediately.
