How Do I Dispute a Charge on Wix?

If you have a Wix account, you can dispute a charge by following these steps:

1. Log in to your Wix account.

Click on the Billing tab.

3. Find the charge you want to dispute and click on the Dispute button.

4. Enter your dispute details and click on the Submit button.

Note: You will need to provide a valid reason for disputing the charge, such as incorrect amount, duplicate charge, or unauthorized charge. Once you submit your dispute, Wix will investigate the matter and get back to you with a resolution.

You can do this by clicking the “Help” button in the top-right corner of your account, or by visiting https://www.wix.com/contact-us. Please note that Wix cannot dispute charges on your behalf.
