How Do I Get Variant Images in Shopify?

PRO TIP: If you are using the Shopify platform to sell products online, you may have noticed that there is no option to add variant images. This can be a bit of a problem if you have products that come in multiple colors or styles and you want to show off the different options to your customers.

Thankfully, there is a workaround that will allow you to add variant images in Shopify. However, it is a bit of a technical process and requires adding some code to your theme. If you are not comfortable working with code, we recommend reaching out to a Shopify Expert who can help you get set up.

There are many ways to add variant images in Shopify. One way is to use the built-in image switcher.

This can be found in the “Images” section of the “Edit product” page. Simply click on the image you want to switch and then select the “Switch image” option from the drop-down menu.

Another way to add variant images in Shopify is to use the product image gallery. This can be found in the “Images” section of the “Edit product” page. Simply click on the image you want to add and then select the “Add image” option from the drop-down menu.

Finally, you can also add variant images by using HTML. This can be done by adding the following code to your product’s description:

<img src="image1.jpg">
<img src="image2.jpg">
<img src="image3.jpg">

The code above will display three images on your product page. You can change the order of the images by changing their order in the code. You can also add links to these images so that customers can click on them and view a larger version of the image.

To add a link to an image, simply use the following code:

<a href="http://www.example.com/image1.jpg"> <img src="image1.jpg"> </a>

The code above will display an image that is linked to http://www.jpg . When a customer clicks on this image, they will be taken to that page where they can view a larger version of the image.
