There are a few things you need to take into account when adding multiple vendors to WooCommerce. In this guide, we will go over the steps needed to add multiple vendors to your WooCommerce store.
First, you need to install and activate the WooCommerce Multi-Vendor Marketplace plugin. For more information, please see our article on how to install a WordPress plugin.
Once the plugin has been installed and activated, you will need to create a vendor registration form. To do this, go to Multi Vendor Marketplace -> Vendor Registration and create a new form.
Be sure to add all the fields that are required for vendor registration, such as name, email address, company name, etc. Once you have created the form, save it and then copy the shortcode.
Next, you will need to create a page where vendors can register for your store. To do this, create a new page in WordPress and paste the shortcode you copied in the previous step into the page content. Save the page and then publish it.
Vendors can now register for your store by filling out the form on the registration page. Once they have registered, they will be able to add their products to your store.
To add a product, go to WooCommerce -> Products -> Add New. On the product edit screen, scroll down to the Product Data section and select the vendor from the dropdown menu next to “Product Type”.
Fill out all the other product details and then publish the product. The product will now be visible in your store and available for purchase by customers.
Adding multiple vendors to WooCommerce is a great way to expand your store and give customers more options. By following the steps in this guide, you can easily add multiple vendors to your store without any hassle.
