If you want to style text on your website, there are a few different ways you can do it. One way is to use the <p>, <b> and <u> tags. These tags will allow you to change the way your text looks without having to use CSS.

The <p> tag is used for paragraphs. This tag will automatically add a line break after each paragraph. You can also use the <p> tag to add extra space between paragraphs by adding an additional line break before the

The <b> tag is used for bold text. This tag will make your text appear bolder than the surrounding text.

The <u> tag is used for underlined text. This tag will make your text appear with a line under it.

To use these tags, simply enclose the text you want to style with the appropriate tag. For example, if you wanted to make a paragraph appear bold, you would write:

<p>This is a paragraph</p>

If you want to underline a word, you would write:

<u>word</u>

You can also combine these tags. For example, if you wanted to make a paragraph appear bold and underlined, you would write:

<p><b><u>This is a paragraph</u></b></p>
PRO TIP: If you are using Squarespace to build a website, be aware that you cannot underline links in the text editor. This may make your links less visible and could result in fewer people clicking on them. If you want your links to be more visible, you may want to consider adding them as buttons or using a different text editor.
