How Do I Add an Endpoint in WooCommerce?

Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 11:25 pm

Adding an endpoint in WooCommerce is a simple process that can be completed in just a few steps. First, you will need to login to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to the WooCommerce tab.

From there, select Settings and then check the box next to the Enable REST API option. Once you have done this, you will need to click on Save Changes.

PRO TIP: Please be aware that adding an endpoint in WooCommerce can be a risky operation. If not done correctly, it can result in unpredictable behavior and even data loss. We strongly recommend that you backup your site before proceeding.

Next, you will need to generate a Consumer Key and Consumer Secret. To do this, simply click on the Generate API Key button. Once you have done this, you will need to copy and paste both the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret into your WooCommerce settings.

Now that you have generated a Consumer Key and Consumer Secret, you will need to add an Endpoint. To do this, simply click on the Add New Endpoint button and enter the desired endpoint URL. Once you have entered the URL, click on Save Changes.

That’s it! You have now successfully added an endpoint in WooCommerce.
