One of the great things about WooCommerce is that it’s relatively easy to set up. You don’t need to be a web developer or have any technical knowledge to get started.

In this article, we’ll show you how to create a quote in WooCommerce.

Creating a quote in WooCommerce is simple and only takes a few steps.

First, you need to install and activate the WooCommerce plugin. For more details, see our guide on how to install a WordPress plugin.

Once you’ve installed and activated WooCommerce, you need to create a product. For more details, see our guide on how to add products in WooCommerce.

Once you’ve created your product, go to the product page and scroll down to the ‘Quotes’ section. Here you can enter your quote details.

PRO TIP: When creating a quote in WooCommerce, be sure to include all relevant information such as product names, prices, shipping costs, and taxes. Also, be sure to double check the accuracy of your quote before sending it to the customer.

In the ‘Quote Content’ field, you need to enter the content of your quote. This can be anything from a simple paragraph to a longer document.

In the ‘Quote Status’ field, you can choose whether your quote is ‘Pending’ or ‘Approved’. If you select ‘Pending’, the quote will be sent to the customer for approval. If you select ‘Approved’, the quote will be sent to the customer without approval.

In the ‘Valid Until’ field, you can enter a date when your quote will expire. This is optional but can be useful if you want to set an expiration date for your quotes.

Once you’ve entered all the required information, click on the ‘Save Changes’ button to save your changes.

Your quote has now been created and will be visible on the front-end of your website. Customers can view quotes by going to their My Account page and clicking on the ‘Quotes’ tab.
