WooCommerce is a popular eCommerce platform that helps you sell online. Setting up WooCommerce can be done in just a few clicks using the WooCommerce Setup Wizard. The Setup Wizard will guide you through the process of setting up your store, step-by-step.
1. To launch the WooCommerce Setup Wizard, go to WooCommerce > Settings from the left hand sidebar of your WordPress dashboard.
2. On the Settings page, select the Advanced tab and then click on the Launch WooCommerce Setup Wizard button.
3. You will be redirected to the Welcome page of the Setup Wizard. Click on the Let’s Go! button to continue.
4. The next page is the Store setup page. Here you will need to enter your Store Address. This is the address where your store is located.
5. The next field is the Country / Region dropdown. Select the country where your store is located from this dropdown.
6. The next field is the Currency dropdown. Select your store’s currency from this dropdown.
7. The next field is the Payment Methods. You will need to select which payment methods you want to offer to your customers.
– Check Payments: Allows customers to pay by check.
– Credit Card Payments: Allows customers to pay by credit card.
– Direct Bank Transfer: Allows customers to pay by bank transfer.
– Cash on Delivery: Allows customers to pay cash on delivery.
8. The next field is the Shipping Methods. You will need to select which shipping methods you want to offer to your customers.
- Free shipping: Offers free shipping to your customers.
- Flat rate shipping: Offers a flat rate shipping fee to your customers.
9. The final step in the Store setup page is the Taxes. Here you will need to set up how taxes are calculated for your store.

10. On this page, you will need to select what type of products you want to sell in your store.
