When you make a purchase from a Shopify store, you may be entitled to a return depending on the store’s return policy. To start a return, you’ll need to contact the store directly. Once the store has processed your return, you’ll receive a refund for the purchase price of the returned item.

In order to process your return, the store will need your order number and the email address you used to make the purchase. You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received when you made the purchase, or by logging into your Shopify account and viewing your order history.

Once the store has processed your return, you’ll receive a refund for the purchase price of the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method that you used to make the purchase. If you paid by credit card, it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your statement.

PRO TIP: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order for a refund of the purchase price, less any shipping and handling fees. Returned items must be in new, unused and undamaged condition.
