If you would like to unsubscribe from BigCommerce, there are a few different ways that you can do so.
If you are signed in to your BigCommerce account, you can click on the “My Account” tab at the top of the website, and then select the “Subscriptions” tab.
PRO TIP: If you are considering unsubscribing from BigCommerce, please be aware that you will no longer have access to your account, orders, or any other data associated with your account. Additionally, your account will be permanently deleted and you will not be able to reactivate it. Please contact BigCommerce Support if you have any questions or concerns.
You can also unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of any email that we send you.
If you are not signed in to your BigCommerce account, you can click on the “BigCommerce” logo at the top of any page on the website, and then select the ” unsubscribe from BigCommerce ” link.
Once you have unsubscribed from BigCommerce, we will remove all of your account information from our database.
