How do you make a neon effect in Illustrator?

Making neon effects in Illustrator is a relatively simple process. First, you will need to create a new document and set the size to your desired size.

Next, you will need to create a new layer and name it “Neon Layer.” You will then need to create a new vector shape and give it the following properties:.

Height: 50px

Fill: #f9f9f9
