Adding a Cname to GoDaddy can be a bit confusing, but it’s relatively easy once you know how. The first step is to open up a new account with GoDaddy. Once you have an account, log in and go to the “Account” tab. On the “Account” tab, you’ll see a “Profile” section.

In the “Profile” section, you’ll see a “Cname” field. To add a Cname to your account, you’ll need to enter the Cname into the “Cname” field and hit “Update Profile.” .

Once your Cname has been added to your account, you’ll need to configure your DNS settings. You can do this by visiting the ” DNS” tab in your account and clicking on the “Add a Domain” button. On the “Add a Domain” page, you’ll need to enter the DNS servers that your Cname will be using.

PRO TIP: If you are trying to add a Cname to your GoDaddy account, be aware that this may cause problems with your DNS settings. Make sure that you understand what you are doing before proceeding.

You’ll also need to enter the IP address of your Cname’s server. Once you’ve entered all of the information, hit the “Add Domain” button. .

Now, you’ll need to configure your DNS settings. You can do this by visiting the ” DNS” tab in your account and clicking on the “Configure DNS” button. On the “Configure DNS” page, you’ll need to enter the DNS servers that your Cname will be using. Once you’ve entered all of the information, hit the “Configure DNS” button. You can do this by visiting the ” DNS” tab in your account and clicking on the “Add A CNAME” button. On the “Add A CNAME” page, you’ll need to enter the Cname that you want to use as your primary domain. Once you’ve entered all of the information, hit the “Add CNAME” button.

Your Cname should now be configured and ready to use! You can test your Cname by visiting the “Whois” tab in your account and entering your Cname into the “Name” field. You’ll then be able to see the information that GoDaddy has on your Cname.

Congratulations! Your Cname has been added to your account and is ready to be used!.
