To create the textured effect, first create a new file in Illustrator. Choose a medium-sized object to work with, such as a piece of paper or a piece of cloth.
Next, create a new layer above the object you want to texture. Select the Text tool (T) and enter the text you want to texture into the text box.
To create the texture, choose the Texture tool (T) and select the option to create a procedural texture. The following options will be available:
Width: This controls the width of the texture.
