Adding Pantone Colors in Illustrator is easy. First, open the Pantone Color Library from the Illustrator Library panel.

This can be accessed by clicking the Pantone Colors button on the Home tab of the Illustrator window, or by pressing CMD+K (Mac) or CTRL+K (PC).

Next, select the object or objects you want to color using the Selection tool (V), and then click the Pantone Color button in the Illustrator Library panel. A list of available Pantone colors will appear.

PRO TIP: When adding Pantone colors to Illustrator, it is important to be aware that the colors will appear slightly different than they do in other programs. This is due to the fact that Illustrator uses a different color model than most other programs. As a result, the colors may not match up exactly and may need to be adjusted accordingly.

To select a specific Pantone color, click on the color you want, and then click the OK button. The selected color will be applied to the object or objects you selected.

If you want to apply a color to all objects in a document, select the entire document using the Selection tool (V), and then click the Pantone Color button in the Illustrator Library panel.

If you want to apply a color to a specific group of objects, first select the objects you want to color, and then use the Selection tool (V) to select a group of those objects.

Finally, click the Pantone Color button in the Illustrator Library panel, and then select the desired color from the list of available Pantone colors.
