How do I point my GoDaddy domain to Bluehost?

If you’re looking for a domain hosting provider, Bluehost is a great option. You can point your GoDaddy domain to Bluehost with the following steps:

1. Log into your GoDaddy account.

2. Click on Domains.

3. On the left-hand side, click on Add a Domain.

4. In the “Hosting Provider” section, click on Bluehost.

5. In the “Add Domain” dialog box, enter your Bluehost account information.

6. Click on “Create Domain” to finish setting up your Bluehost account.

7. On the “Your Domain” page, click on the “Manage” link next to your GoDaddy domain.

8. In the “Manage Your Domain” dialog box, click on the “Add a CNAME” link.

9. In the “Add CNAME” dialog box, enter the following information:

  • Name: BLUEHOST
  • Host: bluehost.com

10. Click on “Add CNAME” to finish setting up your Bluehost CNAME.

11. On the “Your Domain” page, click on the “Results” link next to your GoDaddy domain.

12. In the “Your Domain” results page, click on the “Bluehost” link next to your Bluehost CNAME.

13. In the “Bluehost” dialog box, click on the “Set Up Account” button.

14. On the “Set Up Account” dialog box, enter your Bluehost account information.

15. Click on “Create Account” to finish setting up your Bluehost account.

16. On the “Your Domain” page, click on the “Verify” link next to your GoDaddy domain.

17. In the “Verify” dialog box, click on the “Test Page” link.

18. On the “Test Page” dialog box, click on the “Load” button.

19. On the “Load” dialog box, click on the “Bluehost” link.

20. On the “Bluehost” dialog box, click on the “OK” button.

21. In the “Your Domain” results page, click on the “Website” link next to your Bluehost website.

22. In the “Website” dialog box, click on the “Bluehost” link.

23 In the “Your Domain” results page, click on the “Settings” link next to your Bluehost website.

24. On the “Settings” dialog box, click on the “General” link.

25. In the “General” dialog box, click on the “Link Settings” link.

26. In the “Link Settings” dialog box, click on the “CNAMEs” link.

27. In the “CNAMEs” dialog box, click on the “Add” link.

28. In the “Add CNAME” dialog box, enter the following information:

Name: BLUECHOST

PRO TIP: If you are attempting to point your GoDaddy domain to Bluehost, it is important to note that you will need to update your nameservers. GoDaddy domains use default nameservers, which will not work with Bluehost. Updating your nameservers can be done through your GoDaddy account.
