In Illustrator, you can easily convert CMYK to Pantone values. To do this, open the Pantone Color Library, and find the CMYK color you want to convert. Next, click on the triangle next to the color name to open the Color Picker.

PRO TIP: When converting CMYK colors to Pantone colors in Adobe Illustrator, it is important to note that the Pantone colors will be approximate and may not match the CMYK colors exactly. Additionally, it is important to make sure that the document is set up correctly for printing before converting the colors, as the conversion process can cause some color shift.

From here, you can select the CMYK values you want to convert to Pantone. Finally, click on the OK button to close the Color Picker.
