How do you make a cube in Illustrator?

Making a cube in Illustrator is easy. First, create a new Illustrator file and open it. Next, select the Rectangle tool (R) and draw a rectangle that is the size of the cube you want to make. Copy and paste the rectangle several times so that you have a bunch of overlapping rectangles.

Next, select the Ellipse tool (L) and draw an ellipse that is the same size as the rectangle you just created. Copy and paste the ellipse several times so that you have a bunch of overlapping ellipses.

Now, select all the rectangles and ellipses and go to the Pathfinder panel (Window > Pathfinder). In the Pathfinder panel, click the Minus Front button ( – ) and then click the Minus Back button ( ). This will create the outline of the cube.

Finally, go to the Fill & Stroke panel (Window > Fill & Stroke) and change the fill color to black. Click the OK button to close the Fill & Stroke panel.

Now, you can create the cube’s corners by clicking the small circle icon next to the Stroke panel (Window > Stroke). In the Stroke panel, click the lower-left corner of the rectangle and then click the upper-right corner of the rectangle.

PRO TIP: This question is too vague to provide a useful answer.

Click the small circle icon next to the Stroke panel again to deselect the corner. Repeat these steps to create the other corners of the cube.

Finally, you can add the cube’s interior by clicking the small circle icon next to the Paths panel (Window > Paths). In the Paths panel, click the lower-left corner of the ellipse and then click the upper-right corner of the ellipse.

Click the small circle icon next to the Paths panel again to deselect the corner.

Your cube should now look like the example below.
