How do I change my device on InVision?

InVision is a powerful tool for designing and developing digital products. While it is easy to use, there are a few areas where users may want to customize their experience.

This article will discuss how to change your device preferences in InVision.

First, open InVision and sign in.

Next, click on the gear icon in the top-left corner of the interface. This will open the Settings menu.

On the Settings page, under General, click on Display.

Under Display, you will see a list of devices that are currently supported. If you are using a different device, InVision will suggest a different configuration.

PRO TIP: If you are trying to change your device on InVision and are having trouble, please be aware that this is a known issue and our team is working on a fix. In the meantime, please try the following workaround:

1. Log out of InVision
2. Clear your browser cache
3. Log back into InVision
4. Navigate to your profile settings (https://invisionapp.com/settings)
5. Under the “Account” section, click on the “Change” link next to your device
6. Select the device you would like to use from the dropdown menu and click “Save”

To change your device preference, select the device you want to use and click on the Change button.

In the Change Device Preferences dialog box, you will have the option to choose between using the default settings or customizing the settings to better match your device.

Click on the Save Changes button to save your changes and return to InVision.

You should now see the settings you selected in the Display section of the Settings menu when you open InVision on that device.
