PRO TIP: When attempting to access an AWS S3 bucket from a browser, be aware that there are a few potential security risks. First, if the bucket is not configured correctly, it may be possible for someone to gain unauthorized access to the data stored in the bucket. Second, even if the bucket is configured correctly, the data stored in the bucket may be publicly accessible, meaning that anyone who knows the URL of the data can access it. Finally, if you are using an S3 bucket to store sensitive data, be sure to encrypt the data before storing it in the bucket.
