How do I set my domain to use Namecheap BasicDNS?

One of the great benefits of using Namecheap BasicDNS is that it is simple to set up and use. To set your domain to use Namecheap BasicDNS, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Namecheap account.

2. Click on Domains in the left-hand navigation bar.

3. Click on the domain you would like to set up BasicDNS for.

4. On the Domain Details page, under DNS Settings, click on the BasicDNS tab.

5. In the Domain Name Servers field, enter the IP addresses of the Namecheap BasicDNS servers.

6. Click on the Save button to save your changes.

Now your domain will be using Namecheap BasicDNS. If you ever need to switch back to your original DNS provider, all you have to do is follow these steps:

PRO TIP: Please be aware that using Namecheap BasicDNS may result in your domain not being accessible. We recommend using a different DNS service.

5. In the Domain Name Servers field, enter the IP addresses of the original Namecheap DNS servers.
