How do I transfer a domain from Namecheap to Cloudflare?

If you’re looking to move a domain from Namecheap to Cloudflare, the process is relatively straightforward. First, head over to Cloudflare’s domains page and select the domain you want to transfer. Next, click the “Transfer” button on the right-hand side of the page. On the following screen, you’ll need to provide Cloudflare with the domain’s current DNS information.

PRO TIP: If you are transferring a domain from Namecheap to Cloudflare, please note that you will need to update your DNS settings. After the transfer is complete, you will need to update your Nameservers at Namecheap to:

ns1.cloudflare.com
ns2.cloudflare.com

Failure to do so will result in your website being unavailable.

You can also provide Cloudflare with the domain’s new DNS information, if you’d like. Finally, click the “Submit” button to complete the transfer.
