How do I access phpMyAdmin in Google Cloud?

One way to access phpMyAdmin in Google Cloud is to use the Google Cloud Platform Console. To access the Google Cloud Platform Console, go to https://console.cloud.google.com. Click on the menu item “Cloud Platform” and select “Configure Cloud Platform.” In the “Configure Cloud Platform” page, click on the “Administer Cloud Accounts” link. Click on the “phpMyAdmin” link.
