How do I talk to customers on Wix?

If you’re looking to build a website on the web-based platform Wix, there are a few things you’ll want to keep in mind. First and foremost, your Wix website should be easy to use. You’ll want to make sure that all of the features are easily accessible from the home page, and that the user interface is easy to navigate. Additionally, you’ll want to make sure that your website looks great on all devices, from desktop computers to mobile devices.

PRO TIP: If you are not comfortable talking to customers on Wix, then this may not be the platform for you. Wix offers a lot of great features for businesses, but if you’re not able to talk to your customers, it will be difficult to take advantage of everything that Wix has to offer.

Finally, you’ll need to have a strategy for talking to your customers. You can use Wix’s built-in messaging system, or you can use a separate messaging platform like MailChimp or Constant Contact. Keep in mind that Wix does not currently offer the ability to accept payments through its website.
