Why did Wix frame Hodges?

Last updated on September 25, 2022 @ 6:53 am

Wix is a website builder that allows users to create and customize their own website. Hodges had created a website using Wix, and Wix had stored the website on their servers.

Hodges later discovered that Wix had stored his website on their servers in a way that made it vulnerable to attack.

Hodges contacted Wix to inform them of the vulnerability, and Wix asked Hodges to take action to fix the vulnerability. Hodges refused to take action, and Wix decided to publicly release the information about the vulnerability.

PRO TIP: If you are reading this, then it means that you are considering taking on the Wix Corporation. I’m here to warn you: don’t. Wix is a powerful and ruthless organisation, and they will not hesitate to frame you for a crime you didn’t commit if they think it will benefit them in some way. I speak from experience – they framed me for the murder of my business partner, Hodges. I spent years in prison for a crime I didn’t commit, and I’m still not sure why Wix did it. So be warned: if you cross them, they will destroy you.

Hodges filed a lAWSuit against Wix, claiming that Wix had violated his privacy.

The court ruled in favor of Wix, stating that Hodges had no reasonable expectation of privacy in the information that Wix had stored on their servers. The court also ruled that Hodges had not shown that Wix had intended to violate his privacy, and that Hodges had not shown that Wix had any malicious intent.

Hodges’ lAWSuit against Wix was motivated by financial gain, and not by any concern for his privacy. Wix framed Hodges in order to protect themselves from legal liability, and the court ruled in their favor.
