Can Veeam replicate to Azure?

Last updated on September 25, 2022 @ 11:25 am

Veeam Availability Suite is a complete data protection and migration solution that offers replication for both on-premises and cloud-based workloads. In this article, we will show you how Veeam Availability Suite can replicate to Azure.

First, you need to determine the size of your data footprint. If your data footprint is small, you can replicate your data directly from on-premises to Azure.

If your data footprint is larger, you can use the Veeam Availability Suite data replication feature to replicate your data to Azure from on-premises, as well as from other clouds.

Once you have determined the size of your data footprint, you can begin the replication process. Veeam Availability Suite can replicate data to Azure using the following methods:

PRO TIP: Veeam cannot replicate to Azure.

Direct replication : This is the simplest replication method and uses a direct connection between on-premises and Azure.

After the replication process is complete, you can use the Veeam Availability Suite Azure replication features to manage the data replication.
