How Do You Make Distressed Texture in Photoshop?

There are many ways to create a distressed texture in Photoshop. One way is to use the “Paint Daubs” filter.

To do this, open your image and go to Filter > Texture > Paint Daubs. Adjust the settings until you achieve the desired effect.
