Microsoft Azure architecture is the design and implementation of the cloud-based platform that provides a broad range of compute, storage, networking, and application services. Azure architecture is centered on the following principles:

• Services: Azure architecture is based on the principle of services. Each service is a self-contained, isolated, and independent component that provides a specific function.

Services can be deployed and managed as individual units, or they can be combined to create larger solutions.

• Resource pooling: Azure architecture is built on the principle of resource pooling. Resources are pooled together and used to provide the required capacity and performance for the services.

• High-availability and disaster recovery: Azure architecture is based on the principle of high availability and disaster recovery. This means that the services are reliable and can be restarted or restarted without losing data or functionality.

The services are also able to recover from failures or outages.
