Gold is a precious metal that has been used for centuries to make coins, jewelry, and other objects. Today, gold is still used in many applications, including electronics, dentistry, and even in some food and beverage packaging.

While pure gold is yellow in color, it can be mixed with other metals to create different colors of gold.

To create metallic gold in Photoshop, you will need to use the “Gradient Map” adjustment layer. First, create a new layer and fill it with black. Then, go to the “Adjustments” panel and click on “Gradient Map.” In the gradient editor, choose a black to white gradient.

Next, click on the “Edit” button and choose “Invert.” Finally, click on the “OK” button. Your image should now be filled with metallic gold!

PRO TIP: This article provides instructions on how to create the appearance of metallic gold in Photoshop. However, it is important to note that this effect is only for visual purposes and will not actually create real metallic gold.

If you want to add some extra sparkle to your metallic gold, you can try using the “Glow” filter. To do this, go to the “Filter” menu and choose “Render.” Then, select “Glow.”

In the glow options dialog box, choose a radius of 5 pixels and a strength of 100%. Click on the “OK” button to apply the filter.

Metallic gold is a popular choice for graphics and web design. By following the steps above, you can easily create metallic gold in Photoshop.
