To resize an image and keep proportions, follow these steps:

1. In Photoshop, open the image you wish to resize. 2. Select the “Image” menu and then choose “Image Size.” 3. A window will open up.

In this window, make sure the “Constrain Proportions” checkbox is checked. 4. Now, you can either enter a new width or height for your image, or you can select a percentage by which to resize the image. For example, if you want your image to be half its current size, select 50% from the drop-down menu next to either the width or height field. 5. Once you’ve entered the desired dimensions or percentage, click “OK” and your image will be resized accordingly.

PRO TIP: If you are using Photoshop to resize an image, be aware that you may need to adjust the image proportions in order to keep the image from being distorted.
