1. Start by creating a new document in Photoshop.
The dimensions will depend on where you plan on using your lace design, so be sure to adjust the width and height accordingly. For this tutorial, we’ll be using a document size of 1000×1000 pixels.
2. Next, create a new layer and fill it with white. Then, go to Filter > Render > Clouds.
3. Now we’ll add some noise to our clouds layer. Go to Filter > Noise > Add Noise and use the following settings: Amount: 100%, Distribution: Uniform, and check the Monochromatic box.
4. Once you’ve added noise to your clouds layer, go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur and use a Radius of 5px.
5. Now we’ll create our lace pattern.
Create a new layer and then select the Paint Bucket Tool (G). Click anywhere on your new layer to fill it with black. Then, go to Filter > Render > Fibers and use the following settings: Fibers: 3, Variance: 15, Strength: 100%.
6. Duplicate your fibers layer and then go to Edit > Transform > Flip Horizontal. Position your flipped layer next to the original fibers layer so that they create a mirror image effect.

Create several more stitches in varying positions around your design. To add beads, simply create small circles using the Brush Tool (B) and the Paint Bucket Tool (G). Place them wherever you like around your design for a pretty finishing touch.
