When it comes to creating images with a transparent background in Photoshop, there are a few different ways that you can go about it. One way is to create a new layer and fill it with the color that you want to be transparent.

You can then use the eraser tool to remove any areas that you don’t want to be transparent. Another way is to use the magic wand tool to select the area that you want to be transparent and then delete it.

If you’re working with an image that already has a background, you can use the magic wand tool to select the background and then delete it. You can also use the lasso tool to make a selection around the area that you want to be transparent and then hit delete. Or, you can use the pen tool to create a path around the area that you want to be transparent and then use the stroke command to make it transparent.

PRO TIP: If you are saving a PNG in Photoshop and want a transparent background, be sure to check the “Transparency” box in the “Save As” dialogue box. Otherwise, your PNG will have a white background.

Once you’ve created your transparency, you’ll need to save your image as a PNG file in order for the transparency to remain intact. To do this, go to File > Save As and choose PNG from the drop-down menu. You can also set the transparency by going to File > Export > Save for Web (Legacy) and choosing PNG from the drop-down menu.
