Setting up a recurring payment in WooCommerce is pretty straightforward. First, you’ll need to create a new payment plan. In the plan settings, you’ll need to enter the details of your payment plan, including the amount of payments you’d like to make, the frequency of the payments, and the date range for which the payments will occur. You can also choose to set up automatic payments or have WooCommerce withdraw the funds from your bank account each month. After you’ve set up your payment plan, you’ll need to add the payment gateway you’re using to your WooCommerce account. In the Payments tab of your WooCommerce account, you’ll find the Add New Payment Method link. When you click this link, WooCommerce will display the Add Payment Method Wizard. On the first page of the wizard, you’ll need to enter the details of your payment gateway, including the account name and login credentials. After you’ve entered these details, you’ll need to click the Next button. On the second page of the wizard, you’ll need to select the type of payment plan you’ve created in WooCommerce. The wizard will display a list of available payment plans, including the recurring payment plan you’ve created. After you’ve selected the plan, you’ll need to click the Next button. On the third page of the wizard, you’ll need to enter the details of your recurring payment. You can enter the amount you want to pay each month, the frequency of the payments, and the date range for which the payments will occur.

PRO TIP: When setting up a recurring payment in WooCommerce, be sure to enter the correct billing information for the customer. Incorrect billing information can result in failed payments and cause disruptions to the customer’s service.

After you’ve entered the details, you’ll need to click the Next button. On the fourth and final page of the wizard, you’ll need to click the Finish button. WooCommerce will now add the payment gateway to your account and configure the payment plan. Finally, you’ll need to add the recurring payment to your WooCommerce shop. To do this, you’ll need to go to the Products tab, select the product you want to add the payment to, and click the Add to Cart button. Next, you’ll need to enter the details of your recurring payment, including the amount you want to pay, the frequency of the payments, and the date range for which the payments will occur. After you’ve entered the details, click the Cart button. Finally, you’ll need to click the Checkout button. WooCommerce will now process the recurring payment and add the funds to your bank account. Once the payment has been processed, you’ll be able to view the payment in your bank account history. You can also view the status of the payment plan in the Payments tab of your WooCommerce account. If you’d like to cancel the payment plan, you can click the Cancel link in the Payments tab.
