There are a few different ways that you can add noise texture in Photoshop. One way is to use the Add Noise filter.

Go to Filter > Noise > Add Noise. You can also add noise by creating a new layer and filling it with noise using the Fill command. Go to Edit > Fill > Pattern and choose the noise pattern you want to use.

You can also add noise texture by using the Brush tool. Set the brush to a small size and then select a noise brush from the Brushes palette.

Turn off scattering and set the mode to Overlay or Soft Light. Then just paint over the areas you want to add noise to.

If you want to add a more subtle noise texture, you can use the Texturizer filter. Go to Filter > Texture > Texturizer and choose a texture from the drop-down menu. Set the scaling and relief options until you get the look you want.

Adding noise texture is a great way to give your images more depth and interest. Experiment with different methods until you find one that works best for your image and style.

PRO TIP: Some users have reported issues with adding noise textures in Photoshop, specifically with the “Add Noise” filter. It is recommended that you use the “Noise” filter instead to avoid any potential problems.
