How do I insert a symbol in Photoshop?

Last updated on September 23, 2022 @ 7:43 pm

If you want to insert a symbol in Photoshop, there are a few different ways to go about it.

One way is to use the Symbol dialog box. To open the Symbol dialog box, go to the Edit menu and select Symbol.

In the Symbol dialog box, you can find a list of symbols that are available in Photoshop.

PRO TIP: If you are planning on inserting a symbol into Photoshop, be aware that there are a few things you need to take into account first. Make sure that the symbol you want to insert is in a vector format, as this will make it easier to scale and edit later on. Also, be aware of the color mode of your Photoshop document – if it’s in RGB mode, the symbol may not look quite right when you insert it.

To insert a symbol, first find the symbol that you want to use. Then, click on the symbol in the list.

You will then be able to select the font, size, and color of the symbol.

After you have selected the desired options, click on the OK button to insert the symbol into your image.

If you want to remove the symbol, you can use the Remove Symbol command in the Edit menu.
