How Do You Put a Watermark on Photoshop?

Watermarks are a necessary evil for many photographers. They help protect your images from being stolen and used without your permission, but they can also be a pain to create and apply.

Photoshop makes it easy to add watermarks to your images, and you can even create a custom brush to make the process even faster. In this article, we’ll show you how to put a watermark on Photoshop.

There are two main ways to add a watermark in Photoshop. You can either use the text tool or the brush tool.

If you want to use the text tool, simply select it from the toolbar and then click on the image where you want to add your watermark. A text box will appear and you can type in your watermark text.

PRO TIP: If you are not careful, you can easily add a watermark to your photos that will be very difficult to remove. Make sure that you have a backup of your original image before you begin.

Once you’re happy with the text, you can change the font, size, color, and other formatting options. To position the text, simply click and drag it to where you want it. When you’re happy with the placement, click “OK.”

If you want to use the brush tool, first create a new layer by clicking on the “Create a new layer” icon in the toolbar. Then select the brush tool and choose a brush size and shape.

Click on the image where you want to add your watermark and drag the brush across the image. To make the brush strokes more subtle, lower the opacity of the layer. When you’re happy with the result, click “OK.”

There’s no right or wrong way to watermark your images. It’s up to you to decide what method works best for you and your work.
