To change the colors of the gradient, double-click on the Gradient layer in the Layers panel. This will open the Gradient Editor. Click on the color stop at the left side of the gradient slider and choose your first color. Do the same for the color stop at the right side of the slider, choosing your third color. The middle color will automatically adjust to create a smooth transition between the three colors.
