How Do You Make an iPhone Mock Up in Photoshop?

As a product designer, there are few things more important than creating high-quality mockups of your designs. Whether you’re presenting your work to a client or team member, or simply want to get a better sense of how your design will look in the real world, a mockup can be an invaluable tool.

Photoshop is one of the most popular programs for creating mockups, as it offers a wide range of features and flexibility. In this article, we’ll walk you through the process of creating a basic iPhone mockup in Photoshop.

First, open Photoshop and create a new document. The dimensions of your document should match the resolution of the iPhone device you’re designing for – either 812x375px for iPhone X/XS/11, or 1080x1920px for iPhone 6/7/8 Plus.

Next, add your background layer. This can be an image or solid color that will serve as the foundation for your mockup. For our purposes, we’ll use a simple image of a plain white wall.

Once you have your background layer in place, it’s time to add your design. If you’re working with an existing design file, simply open it in Photoshop and drag it into your mockup document. If you’re starting from scratch, you can create your design directly in the mockup document using Photoshop’s various tools and features.

Once your design is in place, it’s time to add some finishing touches. You may want to add shadows or highlights to give your mockup more depth and dimensionality. You can also add text or other elements to further customize your design.

When you’re satisfied with your mockup, save it as a PNG or JPG file and share it with whoever needs to see it!
