How Do You Make Light Beams With Light Streaks in Photoshop?

There are a few ways that you can make light beams with light streaks in Photoshop. You can use the brush tool to create a light beam, or you can use the pen tool to create a light streak. You can also use the clone stamp tool to create a light beam.
