In Photoshop, the process of adding a background to an image is called “compositing.”

There are several ways to composite an image in Photoshop, but the most common and simplest method is to use the “Layer” menu. With the “Layer” menu, you can add a background layer to your image.

First, open your image in Photoshop. Then, go to the “Layer” menu and select “New Layer.” A new layer will appear in your document.

Next, go to the “File” menu and select “Open.” Find the image you want to use as your background and click “Open.”

Your background image will now appear in your Photoshop document. To composite it with your other image, go to the “Edit” menu and select “Free Transform.”

A window will appear. In this window, you can resize and move your background image.

To resize your background image, click and drag one of the corner handles. To move your background image, click and drag it inside the window.

Once you’re satisfied with how your background looks, click the “Commit” button in the upper-right corner of the window.

Your background image is now part of your other image!

The process of adding a background to an anime in Photoshop is simple and only requires a few steps. With the help of the Layer menu, you can easily add a new layer which will serve as the background. Selecting Free Transform from the Edit menu allows you to resize and move the background around until it is perfect.
