There is no one-click solution or shortcut to enable the grid in Photoshop. However, there are a few workaround methods that can be used to achieve the same result:

1. Using the ‘View’ menu: Go to the ‘View’ menu and select ‘Show’. Then, select ‘Grid’.

2. Using keyboard shortcuts: There are two keyboard shortcuts that can be used to enable the grid.

The first shortcut is ‘Ctrl+ ‘. The second shortcut is ‘Cmd+Option+Shift+G’.

3. Enabling the grid in preferences: Go to Edit > Preferences > Guides & Grid. Under the ‘Grid’ section, check the ‘Display gridlines’ option.
