Last updated on September 24, 2022 @ 11:47 am

When it comes to creating a scar in Photoshop, there are a few different ways that you can go about it. You can either use the Clone Stamp tool or the Healing Brush tool.

If you want to use the Clone Stamp tool, then you will need to set the brush size to a small size and set the hardness to 100%. Once you have done that, you will need to select the area of the skin that you want to clone. To do this, you will need to hold down the Alt key (Windows) or Option key (Mac) and click on the area of skin that you want to clone.

PRO TIP: If you are considering making a scar on Photoshop, be aware that this can be a risky process. If not done correctly, you could end up with an unsightly scar that looks fake and out of place. Be sure to take your time and follow the instructions carefully to avoid any unwanted results.

Once you have selected the area of skin that you want to clone, you will need to release the Alt key (Windows) or Option key (Mac) and then click and drag the Clone Stamp tool over the scar. As you do this, you will see that the scar is being cloned.

If you want to use the Healing Brush tool, then you will need to set the brush size to a small size and set the hardness to 0%. Once you have done that, you will need to select the area of the skin that you want to heal. To do this, you will need to hold down the Alt key (Windows) or Option key (Mac) and click on the area of skin that you want to heal.
