In Photoshop, the Wave effect can be used to make a variety of different rippling patterns. You can use it to create a water-like effect, or to make a background that looks like it’s been disturbed by a passing object.
To create a wave effect:
1. Open your image in Photoshop. 2. Select the area you want to apply the effect to. 3. Go to Filter > Distort > Wave.
4. In the Wave dialog box, select the type of wave you want to create from the drop-down menu. 5. Adjust the amplitude and wavelength settings to get the desired effect. 6. Click OK to apply the effect.
The Wave effect is a great way to add interest to an image, and it’s easy to do in Photoshop. Just remember to experiment with the settings to get the look you want.
