How Do You Make a Noise Layer in Photoshop?

In Photoshop, there are many ways to create a noise layer. One way is to use the Add Noise filter. To do this, go to Filter > Noise > Add Noise.

In the Add Noise dialog box, you can specify how much noise you want to add, as well as whether you want it to be Gaussian, Uniform, or Patterned.

You can also add noise by using the Brush tool. First, create a new layer.

Then, select the Brush tool and choose a soft-edged brush. Next, set the Foreground color to black and the Background color to white. Finally, paint over the area you want to add noise to.
