There are a number of ways to color brighten and sharpen eyes in Photoshop. One way is to use the Levels tool. To do this, select the Levels tool from the toolbar or go to Image > Adjustments > Levels. In the Levels dialog box, move the white slider to the left until it is just below the histogram peak.

This will brighten the image. Then, move the black slider to the right until it is just above the histogram peak. This will increase the contrast and make the colors pop.

PRO TIP: This tutorial offers a quick and easy way to make eyes look brighter and sharper in Photoshop. However, be careful when using the Sharpen filter as it can over-sharpen images and cause them to look unnatural.

Another way to color brighten and sharpen eyes is to use the Hue/Saturation tool. To do this, select the Hue/Saturation tool from the toolbar or go to Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation. In the Hue/Saturation dialog box, move the Saturation slider to the right to increase the saturation of the colors.

Finally, you can use the Unsharp Mask filter to sharpen eyes. To do this, go to Filter > Sharpen > Unsharp Mask. In the Unsharp Mask dialog box, increase the Amount and Radius until you are happy with the results.

All of these methods will help to color brighten and sharpen eyes in Photoshop. Experiment with each one to see which gives you the best results for your particular image.
