There are a few different ways that you can straighten a picture that is on an angle in Photoshop.
One way is to use the Ruler Tool.
- To do this, first, make sure that the “Ruler Tool” is selected in the “Tools” palette.
- Next, click on one of the corners of the image and drag it out until it is aligned with the edge of the document window.

Another way to straighten an image is to use the Crop Tool.

- When you release the mouse button, a dialog box will appear. In this dialog box, enter a value for “Angle” and then click on the “OK” button.
