The first thing you need to do is open your image in Photoshop. Once your image is open, go to Image > Image Size.
A new window will pop up – make sure that the Resolution is set to 300 pixels/inch. If it isn’t, change it now and click OK.
Now that your Resolution is set correctly, it’s time to start working on the image itself. The best way to make an image HD is by using the Sharpen tool.
You can find this tool in the toolbar on the left-hand side of the screen. Select the Sharpen tool and start dragging it over your image.
You’ll see a preview of how your image will look as you drag – make sure not to overdo it, as too much sharpening can ruin an image. Once you’re happy with the results, click Save and you’re done!
